Job summary

Mohawk Industries, a Fortune 500, global flooring leader, seeks a Marketing Project Specialist to coordinate creative requests and manage end-to-end project workflows. You will bridge business partners and creative resources, ensuring scope, timing, and quality meet expectations.

You’ll manage intake, define deliverables, and drive projects through Adobe Workfront, maintaining communication with stakeholders and keeping milestones on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, traffic management, or marketing operations.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required; experience with creative workflows is preferred.
• Adobe Workfront experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake of all creative and design requests ensuring required information, scope, deliverables, and timing needs are captured.
• Clarify project scope, deliverables, timelines, and expectations with stakeholders before kickoff.
• Convert approved requests into detailed project plans and timelines within Adobe Workfront.
• Traffic active projects across creative resources and monitor progress against timelines.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on status, timing, and risks.
