Whitfield Systems specializes in providing high-quality power distribution units (PDUs) for data centers, industrial applications, and commercial enterprises. Our innovative and reliable products ensure seamless power management, optimizing efficiency and performance. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to help expand our market reach and drive revenue growth.
Hourly Rate: $10–$15 per hour
Hours: 20 hours per week
Commission: 5%–10% on closed sales (Commission Starting at $5,000-$10,000 per Sale - No Cap)
Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential customers, including businesses, data centers, and industrial facilities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Educate customers on the benefits and technical features of our PDUs.
Generate leads, schedule meetings, and conduct product presentations.
Negotiate pricing and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in electrical equipment, IT infrastructure, or related industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to customers.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
