Cella Inc is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive execution of marketing, packaging, and brand initiatives for a confidential consumer brand in Medley, Florida. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, top production partners, and external agencies to evolve visuals, manage assets, and optimize workflows, delivering measurable market results in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of dedicated experience in marketing coordination, project management, or marketing operations.
• Professional bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex marketing and packaging projects from concept through production and launch.
• Maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and mitigate bottlenecks to ensure on-time execution.
• Manage packaging assets such as dielines, nutrition panels, and brand logos.
• Lead status meetings and distribute actionable project updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as day-to-day liaison for external agencies, vendors, photographers, and print partners.
• Oversee digital and print artwork reviews to ensure production-readiness and quality.
• Optimize marketing operations by managing digital asset libraries, budgets, and workflows.

• Champion the packaging development process by managing essential assets like dielines, nutrition panels, and brand logos.
• Facilitate seamless cross-functional alignment by leading status meetings and distributing actionable project updates.
• Act as the primary day-to-day liaison for external agencies, vendors, photographers, and print production partners.
• Oversee digital and print artwork reviews to guarantee all files are production-ready and fully compliant with quality standards.
• Optimize daily marketing operations by managing digital asset libraries, tracking budgets, and refining workflow efficiencies.

Qualifications
