Job SummaryThe Marketing Programs Manager, Shared Services serves as a centralized marketing resource supporting portfolio companies through the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives. This role partners with company leadership, business stakeholders, and marketing teams to transform strategic objectives into integrated marketing programs, campaigns, events, content, digital initiatives, and communications that drive measurable business results. This role will manage multiple priorities across diverse industries, audiences, and market segments while maintaining strong project management, execution discipline, and performance tracking.Primary ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing SupportPartner with portfolio company leaders to understand business goals, target markets, and growth prioritiesTranslate company marketing strategies into actionable programs, campaigns, and initiativesProvide marketing guidance and execution support across multiple portfolio companies and business unitsIdentify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and align activities with organizational objectivesCampaign and Program ManagementPlan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept through completionDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful executionCoordinate multiple concurrent marketing initiatives while balancing competing prioritiesEnsure all marketing activities are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with business goalsDigital Marketing and Content DevelopmentDevelop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, website updates, social media programs, and online advertising effortsCreate, coordinate, or oversee the development of marketing content, collateral, presentatives, case studies, and customer communicationsEnsure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and portfoliosSupport search, lead-generation, and customer-engagement initiatives through targeted content and digital campaignsEvents and CommunicationsPlan and support trade shows, conferences, webinars, industry events, customer meetings, and other marketing programsDevelop promotional materials and communications to drive participation and engagementCoordinate internal and external communications related to marketing initiatives and company announcementsManage event marketing strategies, investments, and program prioritiesAdministration and Operational SupportMaintain marketing calendars, project documentation, and campaign recordsTrack budgets, invoices, and vendor expenditures related to marketing activitiesEnsure marketing processes, tools, and systems are used consistently across supported organizationsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, advertising, or related field4+ years or progressive marketing experience, including responsibility for digital marketing, media, campaign execution, communications, or related marketing programsDemonstrated experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, email, social media, content, paid media, and/or eventsStrong understanding of digital media, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance measurementExperience using analytics and marketing performance data to evaluate campaigns and recommend improvementsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate business objectives into executable marketing activitiesStrong project-management skills with demonstrated ability to move initiatives from concept through execution and measurementComfortable working directly with sales, business development, executives, subject-matter experts, and external partnersPreferred Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExperience working in an agency, medica, technology, B2B, professional-services, or other multi-client/multi-business environmentsExperience with Google Analytics and digital advertising/measurement platformsExperience with email marketing, content/blog marketing, digital media planning, paid media, and campaign optimizationFamiliarity with CRM and marketing-automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable systemsExperience developing marketing dashboards and reporting campaign performance, conversion, pipeline, and ROIExperience supporting events, webinars, product/service launches, or integrated campaignsExposure to technology, cybersecurity, managed services, government contracting,
