Job summary

Simon Property Group is seeking a Marketing Administrator to assist the Director of Marketing/Business Development, the Office Administrator and the Mall Manager in developing and implementing mall marketing programs and community events at Smith Haven Mall.

Responsibilities include coordinating promotions, maintaining the mall website and social media, collecting tenant sales reports, assisting with contracts and sponsorships, and measuring program results.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in a related field.
• 1-3 years admin experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and bookkeeping software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, coordination, collection, production, supervision and follow-up of promotions and events.
• Maintain mall website, social media communications and collateral material.
• Work with tenants to obtain sales reports and input into reporting system.
• Assist with contracts, purchase orders, sponsorships and program measurement.
