Jordan’s is looking for a Copywriter to carry our voice across the many places customers meet the brand. Working from creative direction established by the Brand Copywriter, you’ll extend approved campaign ideas into email, digital, in-store collateral, and long-form marketing materials. You’ll also independently write the product copy that brings our e-commerce product pages and retail hang tags to life. Your writing should meet customers in their own language—clear enough to understand and specific enough to recognize as unmistakably Jordan’s. This position is located out of our Dedham, MA location, working Monday–Friday on a hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
Take an approved creative concept and shape it for email, digital, in-store, and long-form materials without losing its voice or intent.
Write clear, specific product copy for e-commerce pages and retail hang tags using specifications, merchandising input, and direct product observation.
Adapt your writing from a full campaign email to a fifteen-word hang tag while keeping the message accurate, useful, and on brand.
Help approved campaign ideas stay recognizable and connected across every customer-facing channel.
Turn product specifications and observations into useful, customer-friendly copy that builds understanding and confidence.
Make programs, services, terms, and promotional details easier for customers to understand across digital and store experiences.
Keep product copy moving on schedule as new merchandise progresses through photography, production, and publication.
Protect the customer experience and the brand by checking product truth, factual details, grammar, and standards before copy publishes.
Work closely with Brand Marketing, E-Commerce, and Merchandising to turn accurate product and promotional information into effective customer-facing copy.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Creative Writing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

$100,000 to $125,000 per year. We share our pay range because transparency matters. This reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance.
