Job summary

Central Boiler, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Production Manager to lead the production of brand assets and communications for Central Boiler, Altoz and WoodMaster. You will bridge creative concepts with deliverables and oversee omnichannel advertising and dealer collateral.

You will manage the marketing department operations, coach staff, ensure on-time, on-brand output and collaborate across departments to optimize campaigns and materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant work experience
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and able to learn internal software systems such as Visual Manufacturing, E-Delivery, Dealer Website Document Management and CRM and graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and work in Crazy Egg, MOZ, Google Ads, Facebook (Meta) Business
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Manage and staff the daily operations of the Marketing Department
  • Provide direct supervision to Marketing functions and support
  • Drive accountability and ownership
  • Develop objectives, measures and performance appraisals

Position Overview:

The Marketing Production Manager is responsible for assisting in the leading, execution and implementation of our various brand visions. While others set the marketing strategies for each brand, this role is responsible for bringing that strategy to life through high-quality, on-time delivery of all marketing assets and communications on behalf of Central Boiler, Altoz and WoodMaster.

The core of this role is:

  • Team Leadership: Assist with leading and mentoring the production team to ensure high performance, clear accountability, and professional growth. Act as the primary bridge between creative concepts and final deliverables.
  • Tactical Execution: Drive the end-to-end production of branded marketing materials, ensuring all output aligns strictly with company standards.
  • Omnichannel Management: Assist with overseeing the development and distribution of print and digital paid advertising, corporate communications, and dealer-specific collateral.
  • Project Leadership: Direct and support cross-functional workflows to ensure marketing efforts are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
General Responsibilities
  • Manage, oversee, and staff the daily operations of the Marketing Department
  • Provide direct supervision to the Marketing functions including general work support and direction
  • Drive a culture of accountability and ownership
  • Develop objectives, measures, and complete performance appraisals for direct reports
  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring of direct reports to promote individual and team growth
  • Develop and drive open/honest dialogue and involvement with all team members that demonstrates the value of their input and engagement in improving communication and performance
  • Keep Leaders informed of known actions written or verbal, which may affect the ability to successfully perform assignments or adversely affect the Company operations
Marketing Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of national print and digital advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate and communicate with marketing team, key stakeholders, and senior managers regarding project updates/deadlines along with marketing results
  • Review and approve promotional and advertising materials for print and digital advertising including Promotional Catalogs and new promo flyers along with brochures, videos, flyers, etc.
  • Collaborate with various departments such as Sales, R & D, Inventory Control, Order Audit, Accounting, Purchasing and Warranty/Customer Service ensuring marketing needs are met
  • Assist with direct mailing campaigns, Service Bulletins, selection of corporate apparel/items, off-site corporate and dealer events and oversee/approve corporate email campaigns
  • Collaborate with representatives from Advertising Agency and Social Media accounts as needed, to ensure optimization of marketing efforts
  • Upload and maintain materials regarding programs, promotions, forms, and bulletins on the Dealer E-Comm site
  • Assist Dealers with advertising approvals and edits
  • Develop and present Marketing/Advertising focused presentations at Dealer Trainings or conventions

Preferred Qualifications/Selection Criteria:
  • Master’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred
