Responsibilities

• Human Resources Support: Assist onboarding, coordinate orientation materials, support engagement initiatives, communicate HR programs and policies, act as a local point of contact for employee questions.
• Recruiting & Workforce Development: Assist with job fairs and interviews, coordinate recruiting logistics, maintain relationships with local schools and workforce programs.
• Employee Communications & Engagement: Support company communications, promote programs and events, coordinate volunteer/community involvement.
• Marketing Support: Capture project photos, assist with social media content and success stories, coordinate local marketing materials and branded merchandise, support events and open houses.
• Office & Event Coordination: Assist with office events and celebrations, handle meeting logistics, catering, and guest visits, maintain welcoming office environment.
