Job summary

Greystar is offering a Marketing Operations Intern program in the United States. The 10‑week internship provides hands-on experience across Property Lifecycle Management, Visual Media, Marketing Technology, and Compliance, with two tracks offering distinct views into core property marketing functions.

You'll gain exposure to property onboarding, asset review and maintenance, and Salesforce/data management, while learning brand, legal, and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Curriculum includes marketing, communications or related business tracks.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with accuracy and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with property onboarding, transitions, and marketing support activities.
• Review and maintain marketing assets including photos, videos, floor plans, logos, and branding.
• Support MarTech platforms and Salesforce data management and reporting.
• Help ensure marketing content aligns with brand, legal, accessibility, and compliance standards.
• Provide operational and help desk support to internal teams.
• Assist with documentation, process improvement, and cross-functional projects.
