Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Intern to support the marketing account management team within a financial services environment. This internship offers hands‑on experience with marketing data, reporting, and operational processes, while gaining exposure to how marketing drives business outcomes.

You will assist with data management, reporting accuracy, compliance support, and content organization, while learning under marketing leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Interest in financial services and marketing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Reporting and Data Management by gathering, organizing, and updating data within templates; ensure accuracy across outputs.
• Maintain Data Quality and Organization by cleaning and organizing datasets; maintain file organization and shared folders.
• Assist with Marketing Operations and Workflow Tracking by logging requests, updating project trackers, and improving team efficiency.
• Provide Quality Control and Compliance Support through reapproval processes for sunset marketing materials and regulatory compliance.
• Support Content and Asset Management by organizing assets and maintaining version control across platforms.
• Assist with Process Documentation and Operational Efficiency by documenting tasks and creating simple guides and checklists.
• Develop Under Marketing Leadership by receiving mentorship and exposure to marketing in a regulated financial services environment.
• Build Foundational Business And Analytical Skills by improving data management, reporting, and decision-making understanding.
