Haworth Inc. in Holland, MI seeks a Group Manager – Marketing Operations and Facilities Administration to lead a diverse portfolio of operational and administrative functions that support Haworth’s Marketing organization.

You will oversee leaders responsible for financial planning, facilities operations, print services, and travel management, balancing strategy with hands-on leadership. The role requires a strong track record in multi-functional leadership, budget stewardship, and collaboration

Formación

• 10 years of related experience in business operations, financial planning or budget management, facilities/workplace operations, marketing operations, or corporate/shared services (7 years if master’s degree).
• 5 years of direct supervisory experience leading managers or multiple teams.
• Ability to travel up to 20% within North America.
• Unrestricted right to work in the US.
• Education Equivalency and Military Equivalency as noted in job requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop managers across marketing operations, facilities, and admin functions with clear direction and accountability.
• Oversee facilities operations and optimize space utilization and stakeholder experience.
• Provide oversight for financial planning, budgeting, print services, and travel management.
