Job summary

Really Great Reading is seeking a marketing operations professional to own the technical execution of campaigns, ensure accurate launches, and partner with cross-functional teams to turn briefs into reliable builds, automation, and reporting.

This role also covers HubSpot administration, data hygiene, deliverability, consent workflows, dashboards, and evolving best practices to drive efficiency and measurable impact for education-focused marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical execution of marketing campaigns from brief to launch.
• Manage HubSpot administration including properties, lists, and user permissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate briefs into reliable builds, automation, and reporting.
• Ensure email health and deliverability through sender reputation and authentication checks.
• Build dashboards and reports to keep campaign data clean and actionable.

• Build dashboards and reports to keep campaign and attribution data clean and consistent.

Process & Innovation:

• Implement automation and AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual work.
• Maintain campaign intake, QA checklists, and templates for predictable delivery.
• Stay updated on best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness in marketing operations.
