  • Own tracking hygiene: UTMs, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and product catalog accuracy.

Job description

Feast & Fettle is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist (Lifecycle + Paid) to join our Marketing and Growth Team. This is a hybrid role open to candidates across the Northeast Corridor — Providence, RI; Boston, MA; Hartford/New Haven, CT; New York Metro; Philadelphia, PA; Baltimore, MD; and Washington, D.C. You’ll be on-site at our Providence, RI headquarters ~5 days per month.

What is Feast & Fettle?

Feast & Fettle is the fastest-growing meal delivery service in the Northeast—and that momentum comes from a team of smart, kind people who show up to build, not just keep up. We move with urgency, sweat the right details, and bring care to everything we touch.

What began in 2016 as a private chef’s side hustle has grown into a company serving thousands of households, with a mission that’s both simple and personal: to nourish everyday life. That mission shows up in every detail—from how we source ingredients and plan our weekly menus to the care in every delivery and the trust we build at our Members’ tables.

We care for our people the same way we care for our Members—with consistency, thoughtfulness, and a constant drive to raise the standard. We invest in our team because we know: when you’re supported, you do your best work—and help us do ours.

What you’ll do:

You’ll be the person who gets our marketing live: every email, every SMS, every ad. You’ll also make sure the data behind it is right. You’ll own the moment a new Member moves from an ad to their first email: the handoff most companies split across two teams. You’ll report to our Director, Growth Marketing (Lifecycle + Paid).

  • Build and launch lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot across email and SMS: workflows, lists, segments, and triggered journeys.
  • QA every send before it goes out: rendering, links, personalization, suppressions, and entry and exit logic.
  • Manage the send calendar and keep deployment on schedule, especially through launches.
  • Deploy and manage hundreds of Meta ads each month in Ads Manager and Business Suite: campaign and ad set setup, launch, pacing, and pausing.
  • Run bulk creative uploads through our internal tooling, which pulls directly from our content calendar, and help make it better.
  • Set up structured creative tests: variant naming conventions, test design, and clean readouts.
  • Own tracking hygiene: UTM conventions, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and product catalog accuracy.
  • Expand into Google Ads deployment as we grow the channel mix.

Data and audiences

  • Help stand up Hightouch as we implement it, then operate the audience syncs from BigQuery into HubSpot and Meta.
  • Keep audiences, custom audiences, and suppressions consistent across every platform.
  • Pull deployment and performance data, flag anomalies fast, and support the reporting our Marketing Analyst builds.

AI in operations

  • Use AI tools to move faster at volume: generating and checking ad variants, QA-ing builds, writing formulas and queries, and documenting processes.
  • Find the manual deployment steps that automation should replace, and help replace them.
What we’re looking for:
  • 3–5 years in marketing operations, ad operations, or growth operations at a DTC, e-commerce, or subscription brand, or at a paid social agency serving them.
  • Hands‑on HubSpot experience building workflows, lists, and email. Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable experience also strong.
  • Hands‑on Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite experience at volume, including Advantage+ campaigns and automated rules for pacing, pausing, and scaling. You’ve launched and managed hundreds of ads a month, not a handful of campaigns.
  • Experience with Meta’s bulk import or a bulk ad launcher: Smartly, Birch (formerly Revealbot), Madgicx, or an in‑house tool. We use a custom‑built launcher that pulls from our content calendar, so you’ll need the naming‑convention discipline that keeps a high‑volume account clean.
  • Working knowledge of tracking: UTMs, Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and product catalogs.
  • Experience with reverse‑ETL or data activation tools, like Hightouch or Segment, is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable in spreadsheets and basic SQL. You can pull what you need without waiting on someone else.
  • Fluent with AI tools in daily practice. You use them to generate and QA ad variants, catch build errors, write formulas and queries, and compress repetitive work. We want someone operating at the front edge of this, not someone who has heard of it.
  • A point of view on where automation belongs in deployment and where a human still needs to check. You should be able to name one thing you automated and one thing you chose not to.
  • No‑code or light scripting experience (Zapier, Make, Slack workflows, Apps Script, or similar) is a plus.
  • Comfort with repeatable, QA‑driven workflows. At this volume, one wrong URL or broken suppression reaches thousands of Members.
  • Google Ads experience is a plus.
What you get:

$85,000 – $110,000 base salary, depending on experience and location

Here, you’ll find comprehensive benefits that make a difference in your daily well‑being, along with a safe, welcoming, and energized workplace culture committed to providing the opportunity for every team member to thrive.

We provide medical, dental, and vision coverage (with 70% of your monthly premium paid by F&F), and flexible time off. All employees enjoy a free Feast & Fettle membership—$160 worth of our fully prepared menu items every week—plus paid parental leave, an annual $1,000 professional development benefit, and a monthly wellness reimbursement you can use for anything that supports your well‑being, from gym memberships to therapy copays.
