Job summary

OpenBox Roofing & Restoration is seeking a central operations and marketing support role. You will manage office operations, deliver exceptional customer care, and lead marketing execution while coordinating with external partners to ensure a consistent, compelling brand.

The position offers growth toward Marketing Manager or Operations Lead based on performance and company growth. You will handle inbound communications, organize digital files, launch campaigns, and coordinate shoots to raise

Qualifications

• 2+ years in administration, marketing coordination or similar role.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first approach.
• Creative eye for style and brand consistency in marketing materials.
• Experience with outside vendors/designers a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in construction, home services, or small business is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Front-line customer service - first contact for inbound calls, emails, and web leads.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns including direct mail, social media, email, and sponsorships.
• Maintain CRM records, track metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage web platforms, business profiles, social media accounts, and campaigns.
• Coordinate photography and video shoots aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with digital marketing partners and track deliverables.
• Coordinate with vendors for literature, signage and print materials.
• Oversee local sponsorships and community events logistics.
• Research and prepare project reports and competitive analyses.
