Job summary

Capital Vacations is urgently hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist at our Springfield Call Center. The role handles booking reservations for the Activations department and data entry, with an 11:30am–8:00pm shift and full benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance; 401K; PTO; paid training.

Responsibilities include managing marketing emails, checking booking sheets for blackout dates, communicating with hotels, updating blackout lists, and preparing arrival manifests.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Administrative or Office work preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Fast learner who eager to increase your knowledge and skillset
• Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
• Functional knowledge of computers and basic computer programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in basic PC knowledge
• Microsoft Office experience is preferred proficient in Microsoft excel is required
• Must enjoy a team environment business casual dress code
• Must be at least 18 to apply.

Responsibilities

• Pays flat hourly rate of $17 per hour
• Check all Marketing Emails
• Check all booking sheets to ensure nothing is booked on blackout dates and that dates are available
• Email or fax hotels and vendors
• Keep up to date Blackout List
• Check condo availability
• Pull manifests for all arrivals
• All other duties assigned
