A leading company in food services is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage and execute strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves planning campaigns, conducting market research, and optimizing marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields, along with significant marketing experience and strong communication skills. This is an on-site position located in Dallas, Texas, offering the chance to work within a collaborative environment.
The Marketing Operations Specialist independently manages, coordinates, and executes marketing initiatives that directly support the organization's strategic objectives. Acting as a cross-functional liaison, the role exercises independent judgment in organizing marketing activities, selecting external vendors, planning campaigns, interpreting market research, and delivering critical recommendations to senior leadership. The role supports both the Marketing Team (primary) and the R&D / Training Teams (secondary) and operates with substantial autonomy to optimize marketing operations in alignment with business goals.
