WaterStone Bank is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive department-wide projects, coordinate marketing operations, plan events and manage key internal and external relationships. As a working manager, you will provide operational leadership while contributing directly to the team’s work.
You will translate priorities into actionable plans, keep initiatives moving, develop assigned staff, and ensure projects are completed on time and in compliance with bank priorities.
The Marketing Operations Manager supports the successful execution of WaterStone Bank’s marketing strategy by leading department-wide projects, coordinating marketing operations, planning events, and managing key internal and external relationships. As a working manager, this position provides operational leadership while contributing directly to the work of the department. The Manager helps translate priorities into actionable plans, keeps initiatives moving, develops assigned team members, and ensures work is completed effectively and in alignment with Bank priorities.

This position requires flexibility in work schedule, including occasional early morning, evening, or weekend responsibilities for events. The individual must be able to travel between Bank locations and off‑site events as needed, provide proof of insurance, and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record in accordance with WSB’s Vehicle Safety Policy.
