The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the Bank's marketing efforts to promote its culture, products, services, and brand while delivering a positive and consistent customer experience across multiple channels. This role oversees a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality, timely, and effective marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager builds strong working relationships across the organization to maintain brand integrity and deliver consistent, innovative marketing materials and communications. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, creative, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
