In this highly visible role you will greet clients, support brand initiatives, coordinate daily operations, manage supplies, and assist leadership on special projects while learning new technologies and AI tools to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in office administration, operations, marketing, client services, hospitality, executive support, or a related field.
• A warm, energetic, and naturally welcoming personality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Tech savvy with a passion for learning new systems and embracing emerging technology.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and jump in wherever needed.
