As part of the broader Marketing Data Operations and Technology group, the team drives operational excellence and optimizes the technologies and data flows that power our demand engine and marketing insights.The Marketing Operations Manager OpportunityReporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this role will serve as the primary Salesforce product owner for the Marketing organization. You'll help maintain and optimize our Salesforce instance while partnering with teams across Marketing, Business Technology, and xDR Operations. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, brings a critical eye to system design, and is passionate about making technology work smarter for the business.What you'll be doingServe as the Salesforce product owner for Marketing, overseeing the platform's structure, permissions, and key objectsManage project work, enhancements, and documentation across areas like Lead, Contact, Campaign, and Custom Marketing ObjectsPartner with Business Technology to scope and prioritize Salesforce tickets and enhancement requestsOwn and manage SFDC MarTech packages, including version control and vendor coordinationCollaborate with the Marketing Data team to ensure Salesforce supports marketing data collection and transferMonitor integrations between Salesforce and key platforms like Marketo, Outreach, and 6senseIdentify and address issues with data flows or system performanceCreate and maintain processes to reduce tech debt, improve security, and support audit complianceWhat you'll bring to the role5+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales Technology / Operations3+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin experienceExperience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutionsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teamsAnd extra credit if you have experience in any of the following!Salesforce Certified AdministratorExperience with Marketo and other MarTech platformsFamiliarity with integrating SFDC packages and understanding package versioningExposure to security, audit, or SOX compliance in a marketing systems context#LI-MC1#LI-HybridBelow is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
