We're looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Operations Manager to join our high-performing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing technology, campaign execution, and performance analytics — someone who can lead process optimization while executing campaigns that deliver real results.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end marketing operations across digital platforms including email, paid media, and automation workflows
• Own the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation tools, CMS, analytics platforms), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
• Lead campaign setup, segmentation, testing, QA, and performance monitoring
• Develop and maintain scalable processes for campaign execution, lead nurturing, and data integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Sales, and Data to ensure campaigns align with broader business goals
• Track key KPIs and generate actionable insights through dashboards and reports
• Maintain compliance with data privacy and email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing operations or marketing automation
• Expertise in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar)
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms, audience segmentation, and campaign performance analytics
• Experience with email marketing, lead scoring, funnel optimization, and A/B testing
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and landing page troubleshooting
• Strong project management skills and a process-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
