About the Role:

The Marketing Operations Manager acts as the force multiplier for the marketing team. Your mission is to orchestrate the many moving parts of marketing into a cohesive force, enabling team members to achieve their goals through the 3 P’s of marketing operations. You will create a marketing machine capable of supporting a rapidly scaling company.

Your Responsibilities
  • Own the Marketing tech stack and budget: Assess, procure, and manage all marketing technology and vendors, ensuring alignment with GTM goals and cost efficiency. Responsible for deployment, configuration, and administration of tools.
  • Analytics, Reporting, Dashboarding: Build reports and dashboards to measure key metrics. Use insights to make recommendations that enhance success and mitigate risks.
  • Be the Bridge to GTM: Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, RevOps, CS, and Finance to ensure alignment in targeting, measuring, and responding. Serve as a resource for tackling challenges across departments.
  • Create Scalable Processes and Frameworks: Develop and refine processes to enable faster growth, with scalability in mind.
