Job summary

Naturipe Farms is seeking a Marketing Operations Assistant Manager to oversee core Marketing Operations processes, manage projects, and coordinate product data, packaging for launches, and retailer data syndication. The role supports speed to market, brand consistency, and cross-functional alignment.

You will lead workflows, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, and drive data-quality improvements while reporting to the Marketing Operations Senior Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, product data management, packaging workflow, or related operational support roles.
• Excellent project management, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading capabilities.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, or workflow execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution and continuous improvement of core Marketing Operations processes to enable speed to market and retailer readiness.
• Manage projects and workflows, administer product and packaging information, oversee data syndication activities.
• Drive data-quality improvements and resolve issues related to product information management.
• Coordinate labeling, packaging, asset management, and cross-functional communications for launches.
