Greystar in Charleston, SC, invites rising graduates to join its Marketing Operations Internship, supporting property lifecycle management, visual media, MarTech, and compliance. Two tracks offer hands-on exposure across marketing functions during a 10-week program.

You'll gain real project experience, work with teams across Investment, Finance, Marketing, IT, Data, Leasing, Development, or Operations, and present a final capstone project.

Qualifications

• Graduating between December 2028 and May 2029.
• Preferred major: Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related fields
• Curiosity and a desire to learn
• Quantitative background that demonstrates analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and capability to articulate complex topics
• High standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist with property onboarding, transitions, and marketing support activities.
• Review and maintain marketing assets, including photos, videos, floor plans, logos, and branding materials.
• Support marketing technology platforms, including Salesforce, through data management, reporting, and user support.
• Help ensure marketing content and processes align with Greystar brand, legal, accessibility, and compliance standards.
• Provide operational and help desk support to internal teams.
• Assist with documentation, process improvement, and cross-functional projects.
