Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of administrative professional experience; banking experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, calendar management, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendar, meetings, and priorities for marketing leadership to align with strategic objectives.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and track follow-ups to ensure accountability.
• Act as gatekeeper and facilitator, prioritizing requests and ensuring timely responses.
• Coordinate internal communication across Marketing, Digital Channels and Retail Products.
