Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an experienced Corporate Events professional in Atlanta to lead event strategy and execution. You will partner with marketing leadership to plan, sponsor, and speak at events that boost brand awareness and generate leads.

The role requires 4-6+ years of relevant experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred and Certified Meeting Planner status is a plus. Expect comprehensive event logistics, vendor management, and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing leadership to develop the corporate events strategy.
• Research potential events and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
• Research, propose and manage speaking engagements for company spokespeople.
• Collaborate with the creative team on event messaging and communications development.
• Oversee management of event logistics, exhibit planning and meeting space needs.
• Manage vendors and event contractors; provide onsite coordination of corporate events.
• Maintain inventory of exhibit materials and ship to events; manage event budgets.
• Prepare event plans and debrief on event performance; facilitate pre-event planning meetings.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred
