Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, merchandise management, project coordination, event support, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong spreadsheet, budgeting, and expense-tracking skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with physical inventory, shipping, event materials, and logistics.
• Occasional travel for trade shows and company events.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, automotive, equipment, or B2B environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company promotional merchandise program and online store.
• Coordinate merchandise ordering and replenishment with vendor partners.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend reorder quantities.
• Develop promotional kits for dealer events, onboarding, and other initiatives.
• Maintain organized promotional merchandise inventory and storage.
• Manage employee uniform ordering and distribution.
• Track merchandise usage and program expenditures.
• Identify ways to reduce rush charges, shortages, and unnecessary expenses.
• Support Marketing Manager for ~4–5 construction equipment trade shows annually.
• Coordinate registrations, promotional materials, furnishings, signage, shipping, transportation, and other show services.
• Maintain machine delivery and return schedules.
• Assist with equipment placement and booth display plans.
• Track event expenses and maintain supporting records.
• Sales admin support for dealer training/events and trade shows (reservations, registrations, badges, transportation, etc.).
• Coordinate the development, production, and printing of product sales brochures and supporting marketing materials.
• Coordinate revisions and approvals with internal product teams and external design vendors.
• Manage product brochure artwork and digital asset files, naming conventions, file structure, version control, and archives.
• Develop a working knowledge of Hyundai construction equipment categories, terminology, and basic applications.
• Participate in selected product training.
