Job description

About InfrasAI

InfrasAI is a high-growth AI startup backed by top VCs, the same investors behind Uber, Netflix, Slack, and Ring. We build AI agents that help financial services and insurance companies automate complex workflows at enterprise scale.

We’re a small, fast-growing team where everyone owns their work end to end, and we trust people to run with things.

About the Role

The Marketing Operations Associate keeps InfrasAI’s marketing running. You’ll turn plans into campaigns, content, events, and results we can measure.

You’ll manage the systems, workflows, publishing schedule, campaign execution, and reporting behind our marketing function. One week you might be coordinating the launch of an industry report. The next, you could be preparing for a major insurance conference, running a campaign across several channels, or figuring out how to improve our website attribution.

This role is a great fit for someone who loves getting things done and also enjoys improving how they get done. You’ll have room to spot gaps, streamline workflows, and build marketing infrastructure that grows with the company.

What You’ll Do
Campaign operations
  • Build and run campaigns across digital, email, social, website, and other owned channels
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and keep campaigns on schedule
  • Coordinate campaign assets and dependencies from planning through launch
  • Manage campaign setup, tracking, testing, and post-campaign reporting
  • Create repeatable workflows for recurring marketing activities
Content operations
  • Manage publishing for blogs, reports, announcements, social content, videos, and other assets
  • Keep an organized library of current marketing materials and brand assets
  • Coordinate content timelines so final assets are ready on time
  • Maintain website content and support updates
  • Manage our organic social publishing schedule
Marketing systems & data
  • Maintain marketing technology, campaign tracking, contact segmentation, and attribution
  • Keep marketing data consistent and well organized
  • Build dashboards and recurring reports on campaign and channel performance
  • Track website traffic, engagement, audience growth, and other marketing KPIs
  • Look for ways to automate repetitive marketing work
Events & industry presence
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences, webinars, sponsorships, and other programs
  • Manage deadlines for event submissions, sponsorship deliverables, booth materials, and digital assets
  • Maintain a calendar of relevant industry events and opportunities
  • Make sure the team has what it needs to show up well at events
Marketing performance
  • Measure performance across channels and campaigns
  • Identify which programs are driving meaningful engagement
  • Prepare regular performance reporting for leadership
  • Use data to recommend changes to channel mix, cadence, and execution
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong organization. You can manage multiple campaigns and deadlines and keep track of the details.
  • Process improvement. You follow a process and also look for ways to make it better.
  • Comfort with data. You use performance data to understand what's working.
  • Digital fluency. You pick up new marketing platforms, publishing tools, analytics, and AI tools quickly.
  • Ownership. You plan ahead so launches go smoothly and nothing gets missed at the last minute.
You’ll Thrive Here If
  • You enjoy turning a busy marketing calendar into launches that happen on time
  • You're as comfortable publishing content as you are analyzing how it performed
  • You notice gaps early and fix them before they become problems
  • You can juggle several campaigns with minimal direction
  • You want to help build the marketing foundation of a growing tech company
