Who you are

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Operations Associate to join our small, dynamic marketing team here at HomeLight. In this role, you’ll help with intake, project management, and build email, SMS, and push notification campaigns across our lender, agent, and consumer verticals. You’ll execute acquisition, engagement, loyalty, & rewards programs with our top customers, working directly with stakeholders to execute high-visibility campaigns across marketing. You’re obsessed with details, have a knack for building scalable, beautiful campaigns, and are comfortable driving cross-functional collaboration and results across multiple teams.

This position will report to the Vice President of Marketing.

What you’ll do here

You’ll work with our Marketing team to find new and innovative ways to drive adoption and retention of our products with top loan officers and real estate agents across the country, including:

  • Intake and build campaigns in our email platforms during U.S. business hours, including creating or updating HTML email templates, audience segments, journey configuration, and being responsible for QA and final send.
  • Analyze, report on, and optimize email and SMS campaigns via A/B testing
  • Maintain lifecycle channel and attribution integrity; monitor email preferences, unsubscribe rates, channel health, and attribution across transactional and marketing channels, and make recommendations for improvement

What you’ll bring

  • 1-3+ years of experience in B2B, engagement, retention, or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience using ESP and CRM platforms to improve activation, onboarding, and retention of customers (Iterable, HubSpot, SendGrid, etc.)
  • Experience building, testing, and scaling new campaigns for different segments
  • Experience working directly with and in support of sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Extremely high attention to detail; commitment to delivering operational excellence
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Strong project management and communication skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, stakeholders, and priorities
