Job summary

Clarify Capital LLC, in New York City, is seeking a Marketing & Operations Associate. This hands-on role blends marketing execution with operational support to drive campaigns, content creation, asset development, and data reporting.

You'll collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize processes and outcomes while navigating Salesforce and marketing systems. You’ll bring ideas, attention to detail, and comfort balancing creative work with data, systems and process, in a hybrid NYC-office

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing or operations experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills with a creative eye for content and design.
• Experience with email marketing and social media.
• Comfortable creating graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with ideas, copy, segmentation and analysis.
• Create and manage social media content and marketing assets.
• Support website content, landing pages and sales collateral.
• Manage marketing calendars and coordinate campaigns from idea to execution.
• Use Salesforce and marketing tools to manage campaigns, data, lists and reporting.
• Monitor reports to identify trends and improve engagement and conversion.
• Assist with rollout of new marketing initiatives, tools and processes.
• Provide general marketing, reporting and administrative support.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative, organized and proactive Marketing & Operations Associate to support our growing team.

This is a hands-on role combining marketing execution with day-to-day operational support. You'll help develop and execute marketing campaigns, create content and creative assets, work within Salesforce, and use reporting to help our Sales and Marketing teams operate effectively.

We're looking for someone who brings ideas to the table, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable balancing creative work with data, systems and process.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including campaign ideas, copy, audience segmentation and performance analysis
• Create and manage social media content, graphics and other marketing assets
• Support website content, landing pages, sales collateral and other marketing initiatives
• Manage marketing calendars and help coordinate campaigns and projects from idea through execution
• Use Salesforce and other marketing systems to manage campaigns, customer data, lists and reporting
• Monitor sales and operational reports to identify trends and help ensure best practices and processes are being followed across sales teams
• Analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
• Support the rollout of new marketing and operational initiatives, tools and processes
• Assist with general marketing, reporting and administrative needs across the business

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of marketing or operations experience
• Strong writing and communication skills with a creative eye for content and design
• Experience with email marketing and social media

• Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of CRM best practices
