Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to lead budgeting, forecasting and program management within the Marketing Ops team. You will manage budgets, support vendor relationships and drive process improvements in a mostly on-site role with three remote days per month.
Responsibilities include annual budget development, monthly forecasts, invoicing, and coordinating cross-functional communications.
The Marketing Operations Associate provides independent direction in the initiation, implementation and management of projects and programs. This position performs operational duties in support of the Marketing Operations teams, including management of budgets. This position follows a flex work schedule with three days remotely per month.
The starting pay range for this position is:
$86,100.00 - $115,000.00
Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
