Job summary

HellermannTyton North America is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the department with product sampling, load sheets, and various marketing projects. The role ensures compliance with quality and environmental standards while aiding the marketing team in daily tasks.

The candidate will assist with pricing requests, change notices, and item master updates, contributing to smooth product launches and trade show preparations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or some college (minimum 2 years) in Marketing related field is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred or required depending on level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Fill customer and salesperson sample requests and improve the sample program.
• Assist Product Managers with pricing requests for standard products.
• Initiate Manufacturing Cost Requests for new products.
• Initiate Engineering Change Notices for Marketing needs.
• Enter and ensure shipment of product order requests from Marketing personnel.
• Complete Item Master Load Sheets and other product templates.
• Assist with sampling and product coordination for product photography and testing.
• Assist with new product launch and trade show material preparation.
• Assist with special marketing projects as directed by the Director of Marketing.
