Responsibilities

• Fill customer and salesperson sample requests and improve the sample program.
• Assist Product Managers with pricing requests for standard products.
• Initiate manufacturing cost requests for new products.
• Coordinate engineering change notices for marketing needs.
• Process product order requests from marketing staff and ensure shipment.
• Complete item master load sheets and product templates.
• Assist with product photography and testing coordination.
• Support new product launches and trade show materials.
