Job summary

SGA Dental Partners seeks a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to own and build the technical revenue engine powering marketing across 260+ practices. You will own CRM, lifecycle marketing, attribution, reporting, and automation, establishing standards and scalable processes in a multi-location healthcare portfolio.

This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on design, leveraging AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and performance while aligning with HIPAA and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven success building and leading marketing operations functions within multi-location, franchise, healthcare, DSO, or portfolio-based organizations.
• Deep hands-on CRM expertise, preferably including GoHighLevel.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, attribution, funnel management, and performance reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement MarTech infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AI-powered workflow development and automation tools.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, marketing consent requirements, and marketing compliance best practices.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience developing and managing email and SMS marketing programs from strategy through execution.
• Dental or healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM strategy, architecture, and data quality across the network.
• Develop reusable templates and governance for practice-level CRM deployments.
• Design and manage lifecycle programs with enrollment, branching, suppression, and handoff logic.
• Lead large-scale email and SMS campaigns with performance-driven optimization.
• Build and maintain marketing tech stack with HIPAA-compliant integrations.
• Define standardized metrics, dashboards, and attribution methodologies.
• Partner with Compliance, IT, and Legal to ensure secure operations.
