Sage Dental Management is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to drive operational excellence in the Marketing department. This role oversees budgets, systems, reporting, vendor coordination, and compliance across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in managing complex marketing processes, collaborating with internal teams, agencies, finance, legal, compliance, and leadership to fuel growth and measurable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or related role.
• Strong experience managing budgets, reporting, and marketing performance metrics.
• Experience supporting multi-location organizations or franchise environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly marketing budgets by channel and location.
• Develop and reconcile variance reports and BI dashboards.
• Coordinate marketing systems, tracking, and attribution with vendors.
• Oversee campaign operations and quarterly campaign guides.
• Ensure compliance, QA, and regulatory alignment across materials.
