Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager

We’re a fast-scaling real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and operating high-performing multifamily assets. We are a start-up company that has put together an all-star team of individuals to help scale our company to become one of the most prominent brands in our industry and are now looking for a Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager that can grow into a head of marketing position with time and performance.

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager — someone who’s not here to design or write copy, but to make sure the machine runs right.

Our current marketing department is composed of various external agencies running our paid ads (to get leads) and organic social (nurture those leads and build the brand). We are looking for the right person that can eventually bring these functions in-house.

This role is ideal for someone who has managed marketing workflows before and knows how to align people, systems, and performance. You’ll manage processes, track results, and coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves — and you're always thinking about how to make things run smoother.

Responsibilities
  • Manage media buyers and agency relationships to ensure you are achieving the best CPA and acquisition costs possible, analyze data, implement solutions and improve stats.
  • Hire and manage VAs, contractors, and eventually internal team members to execute on the company’s marketing initiatives.
  • Investigate and research new lead generation campaigns to increase scale and reduce costs on marketing acquisitions stats.
  • Manage multiple parties and processes to ensure a smooth execution of our organic content generation strategy.
  • Handle all the company’s email drip and investor nurturing campaigns for monthly newsletters.
  • Run paid marketing campaigns on our properties to increase leasing traffic.
  • Manage all marketing assets to ensure they are up to date with the most relevant information from the company website, pitch decks, and other marketing assets.
  • Own the execution of our marketing operations (campaigns, tools, automations, systems, and processes).
  • Coordinate between creatives, media buyers, posting teams, and technical staff.
  • Run QA checks on all content going out — from alignment with our Avatar to performance tracking.
  • Help bring parts of our outsourced marketing process in-house (over time).
  • Analyze marketing data and make recommendations to optimize traffic, lead generation, and follower growth.
You Might Be a Fit If…
  • You’ve managed marketing budgets and have been responsible for the performance of campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of conversion metrics in every step of a marketing/sales funnel.
  • You’ve been the point person for marketing operations before (agency or in-house).
  • You have experience managing people or vendors.
  • You enjoy optimizing processes, building workflows, and bringing structure to chaos.
  • You love using spreadsheets, CRMs, dashboards, and tech tools.
  • You’re detail-obsessed and know how to lead a team.
  • You care about performance and results (Dollars spent = Leads received + Subscriber growth).
Nice-to-Haves
  • Familiar with real estate, investing.
  • Experience transitioning outsourced teams to internal operations.
Compensation & Growth
  • $95,000–$115,000 base salary
  • Performance bonus tied to KPIs (marketing efficiency, lead flow, etc.).
