Dodge Construction Network is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Operations Analyst to unlock data-driven decision making and scalable growth. You will collaborate across marketing, sales, and IT to optimize demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and digital performance.

This full-time role reports to the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations & Analytics and offers remote work with preference for Eastern Time availability.

Competenze

4+ years in marketing operations or related roles.
Hands-on Pardot (Account Engagement) for marketing automation and lifecycle tracking.
WordPress experience for website updates, plugin management and performance.
Familiar with tagging, tracking, UTM frameworks, GA4 and GTM.
Experience with lead routing, scoring, attribution modeling, and campaign analytics.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate marketing needs into system solutions.
Clear communicator and ability to train others on tools.

Mansioni

Partner with marketing and sales to ensure clean data and accurate tracking.
Build dashboards and reporting to support marketing analytics.
Develop processes, workflows and governance for campaign execution and lead management.
Collaborate with demand gen and lifecycle teams to optimize lead routing, scoring, and A/B testing.
Monitor platform performance, identify errors, and manage QA across integrations.
