Position: Marketing Operations Analyst

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to analyze data, improve business processes, support technology, and enhance marketing operations. This role is vital in supporting pipeline targets, business strategy, and marketing initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Global Revenue Marketing, this position requires strong collaboration with marketing, finance, and other departments. Success in this role demands a technical background, analytical mindset, high attention to detail, understanding of business requirements, and effective task delivery. This is a hybrid role based in Alpharetta, requiring presence in the office two days a week.

Performance Objectives
Within 3 months, you will:
  • Learn marketing strategies, operations, and analytical tools.
  • Master the technology stack for basic data analysis and become proficient in CRM, marketing automation, and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with teams, manage workload efficiently, and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Within 6 months, you will:
  • Develop data collection and reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and creating reports/dashboards.
  • Build dashboards to track marketing ROI and understand sales processes from lead generation to post-sale support.
  • Provide data-driven insights and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data hygiene.
  • Support marketing events through accurate data management.
Within 12 months, you will:
  • Own revenue forecasting reports, support sales forecasting, and develop pipeline models.
  • Expand skills in customer retention reporting and provide insights into customer behavior.
  • Explore automation opportunities to optimize marketing processes.
  • Lead projects and stay updated with industry trends through professional development.
Required Competencies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Effective communicator capable of collaborating across teams.
  • Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Power BI, and other relevant tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and organization.
  • Experience in creating, documenting, and enforcing operational processes.
