Baxter Planning Systems, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize our marketing technology stack, drive AI-powered workflows, and execute campaigns end-to-end.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales Development, Sales, and Revenue Operations to ensure flawless campaigns and efficient lead flow. The role blends hands-on execution with operational excellence, including building automations, training users, and continuously improving processes for a scalable marketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and ABM tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable training teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the marketing technology stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach, ZoomInfo and more.
• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows for lead gen, nurturing, and lifecycle progression.
• Ensure data integrity across platforms and enable scalable, AI-enabled campaigns.
• Own campaign execution from planning through reporting and optimization.
• Develop dashboards and reports showing campaign performance and ROI.
• Provide enablement and documentation for Marketing, BDR, and Sales teams.
