Job summary

Tony’s Market is seeking a part-time Marketing Production Assistant to support the Marketing Department. You will help produce signage, labels, and materials, coordinate distribution to locations, and maintain digital assets with guidance from the Marketing Manager.

Candidates should have strong communication, organizational skills, and basic office software ability. Some travel between Tony’s Market locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic office software.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva is helpful but not required.
• Occasional travel between Tony’s Market locations.

Responsibilities

• Print, trim, organize and prepare in-store signage and marketing materials.
• Coordinate distribution of signage and marketing materials to Tony’s Market locations.
• Print product labels and coordinate label ordering as needed.
• Maintain inventory of marketing and printing supplies.
• Perform marketing-related data entry and maintain accurate spreadsheets and records.
• Organize and maintain digital marketing files, photos and artwork.
• Assist with updating promotional calendars, sales information and project documentation.
• Provide administrative and production support to the Marketing Manager.
• Assist with special projects and other Marketing Department needs.
