Job summary

The Innovative CPA Group LLC is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing for our CPA firm and Wealth Management practice in Shelton, CT. You’ll develop campaigns, messaging, and design that resonate with high-net-worth clients and referral partners, then bring that idea to life across email, digital, direct, and event channels using Pardot as the execution engine.

We are looking for a marketer first with strong creative instincts who can also work hands-on inside Salesforce

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience in financial services, especially wealth or asset management.
• Portfolio or samples requested.
• Hands-on Pardot experience required; SFMC a plus.
• Strong creative, storytelling, and analytics.
• Experience planning and executing in-person and virtual events.
• Experience mentoring staff.
• Excellent communication and organization in deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to collaborate with tax, audit, and advisory teams to support growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns for both CPA and Wealth Management practices.
• Develop messaging for high-net-worth clients and referral sources.
• Execute campaigns in Pardot including forms, landing pages, journeys, scoring, and segmentation.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Plan and manage client seminars, networking events, and educational sessions.
• Mentor junior marketing staff and manage project timelines across campaigns.
• Collaborate with tax, audit, and advisory teams to align marketing with growth initiatives.
