The Role
Marketing Manager, Social Media and Content
Shopkick is on a mission to bring delight and reward to the consumer shopping experience. As part of the Trax Retail family, we are a unicorn looking to accelerate our growth trajectory as we partner with major brands and retailers to transform the way people engage with stores and products, both online and in the physical world.
Our Social Media & Content Manager is responsible for driving engagement, growing our community, and delivering impactful content across social and in-app channels. This role requires a hands-on, strategic thinker who can manage execution end-to-end – from brainstorming to creating to reporting – while keeping pace with shifting priorities and a fast-moving team. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, results-oriented role for someone who thrives on creative ownership, isn’t afraid to pivot, and is passionate about connecting with the app community through smart, strategic content.
