The Marketing Manager will translate complex technical, commercial, and market concepts into clear and compelling communications for customers, investors, industry partners, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on marketer with experience in the energy, infrastructure, datacenter, or technology-services sectors. This individual should be an excellent writer and storyteller, possess strong presentation and design instincts, and have demonstrated experience using digital platforms—particularly LinkedIn—to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Marketing
  • Own the core Base product message, messaging strategy, marketing architecture, positioning, and naming.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights, using this information to shape product positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless alignment and effective execution of product marketing initiatives.
  • Craft compelling and distinctive product messaging and positioning that resonates with target customers, effectively conveying the value and benefits of our products.
  • Develop and deliver product marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, presentations, product videos, and case studies, to bolster sales efforts and drive customer engagement.
  • Spearhead product launches by working closely with broader teams to create launch plans, sales training materials, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze market and competitive trends, providing insights and recommendations to inform product roadmap and pricing strategies.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, offering data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the annual planning process to support overall company business objectives, aligning with and reinforcing customer, sales, and product goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with executives, senior leaders, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
  • Present and communicate to external audiences such as industry analysts, customers, partners, and the press.
Digital Marketing
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and brand visibility within the technology market.
  • Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn advertising and sponsored content.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website traffic, keyword rankings, and overall online visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceive and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand, elevate brand awareness, and foster customer acquisition.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to provide actionable insights and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Lead content marketing efforts, ensuring that content is engaging, relevant, and tailored to target audiences.
  • Manage and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Foster partnerships with relevant influencers, industry experts, and strategic alliances to expand brand reach and credibility.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and tools, suggesting and implementing new approaches to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Content & Presentation Development
  • Develop compelling and visually appealing slide decks and presentations for internal and external use, ensuring brand consistency and effective storytelling.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including sales and product teams, to create presentation materials that effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of marketing materials, including brochures, infographics, videos, and other content assets, to support lead generation and awareness campaigns.
  • Lead the drafting and editing of persuasive and engaging content for marketing collateral, website, blog posts, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with leadership to create visually appealing graphics and designs that align with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Conduct regular content audits to ensure that all marketing materials are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers, if necessary, to support content creation and design initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of global product marketing leadership experience, preferably in a related offering, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B marketing in the technology sector
