Job Description:

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with expertise in crypto media, PR, and events management. You’ll act as a bridge between PancakeSwap and the broader market - shaping our brand narrative, landing top-tier media coverage, and leading activations at major global crypto events.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing activations at major global crypto events and conferences.

Pitch and secure coverage with top-tier crypto media outlets for product launches, announcements, and thought leadership stories.

Collaborate with social, content, and design teams to ensure consistent branding and maximize the impact of all media and event initiatives.

Track media coverage, monitor performance metrics, and report on PR and event activities.

Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, events organizers, and key opinion leaders in the DeFi and broader Web3 ecosystem.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in PR and events marketing, within crypto, DeFi, or Web3

Proven experience organizing and executing high-impact brand activations at industry events

Demonstrated success in pitching stories and securing coverage with crypto media outlets

Strong content writing skills for brand communications and media materials

Excellent written and spoken English

Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for events

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote work environment
