Job Description

Main duties

Marketing Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Digital marketing
  • Websites
    • Content: develop new pages and/or manage updates (depending on the website)
    • SEO/SEA organization/follow-up
    • Leads generation
    • Web analytics
    • Internal & external coordination
  • Linkedin
    • Manage Content
    • Organize Paid campaigns and any other lead generation tool (pro-activity is needed)
    • Coordinate with local teams (Europe/ US)
  • Monitor marketing campaign progress and results to gather data to help improve performance
• Non-digital marketing
  • Assist in creating and updating content on multiple platforms, including presentations & flyers
  • Support with organizing internal & external events
    
    

Qualifications

• Ideally, degree-educated with a marketing subject from a reputable university
• Ideally experience within a B2B environment. Different industries are welcome
• Knowledge of Office pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Adobe suite is a real plus (InDesign or at least Canva)
• Familiar with LinkedIn solutions
• Autonomous and thorough
• Confident and effective communicator with a keen eye for detail
• Creative and open-minded to incorporate new trends and ideas to marketing
• Fast learner with the ability to multi-task
• Positive and a can-do attitude with a sense of urgency and flexibility and prioritize various responsibilities as needed
• Result driven mindset
• Strong team player working with various teams (people of varied cultures and backgrounds)
