Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Natural Cycles is a women's health company that developed the world's first birth control app, used by millions globally. It aims to advance women's health through research and empower women with knowledge to manage their health.

Задачи

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand market dynamics, user needs, and growth opportunities


• Develop localized marketing strategies aligned with the global brand vision


• Collaborate with channel owners to ensure consistent messaging across all channels


• Work with the user research team to identify key personas and insights for targeted marketing in the Nordic markets


• Manage organic social media channels for the Nordic markets


• Coordinate with the Nordic PR and partnerships manager to develop and implement brand campaigns and support influencer marketing efforts


• Drive marketing activities to grow the brand's presence in the Nordics

Требования

• 7-10 Years of experience in marketing and PR, with a strong background in brand management and marketing strategy


• Extensive knowledge of Nordic markets, including consumer behavior, trends, and the media landscape


• Proven experience in PR and broader marketing strategies


• Strong experience in social media and digital marketing, focused on organic growth


• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners, such as agencies


• Fluent in English and Swedish


• Based in Sweden, preferably in the Stockholm area
