Job summary

Nord Security ищет руководителя отдела контента для B2B-подразделения. Вы будете отвечать за стратегию контента, дорожную карту и единый тон бренда, а также за расширение и развитие команды.

Ключевые задачи включают планирование работ, координацию с продуктовым маркетингом, SEO и другими отделами, обеспечение высокого качества материалов и соответствие бизнес-целям. Опыт работы с распределенными командами приветствуется.

Qualifications

• Опыт руководства международными/удаленными командами не менее 2 лет.
• Опыт руководства PR и бренд-проектами, формирование тона бренда.
• Опыт в контент-маркетинге и цифровом маркетинге.
• Понимание качества контента и форматов across channels.
• Умение планировать объем работ и оптимизировать процессы.
• Способность выявлять проблемы на ранних стадиях и находить решения.

Nord Security’s B2B team builds cybersecurity products that enable businesses to protect themselves and their data. Its product, engineering, sales, marketing, and data teams work together to deliver secure, scalable solutions trusted by companies worldwide.

Задачи:

• Own the content strategy and roadmap aligned with Nord Security B2B's marketing goals
• Plan, scope, and organize content work, and continuously improve team operations
• Lead content and brand projects and maintain a consistent Nord Security B2B tone of voice
• Manage, develop, and grow the team; organize people around their strengths and plan workload
• Set and maintain content quality standards across channels and formats
• Partner with product marketing, brand, SEO, and other teams to align content with business needs and insights

Требования:

• Strong team management skills, including at least 2 years of experience managing international and remote teams, covering performance, skill development, workload, and feedback
• Proven experience leading PR and brand projects, including shaping and implementing a brand's tone of voice
• Background in content and digital marketing
• Strong understanding of high-quality content across channels and formats
• Ability to scope, plan, and optimize work
• Ability to identify issues early and drive solutions
• Good communication and project management skills, with experience working cross-functionally
