Job summary

Defense Logistics Agency Morale Welfare Recreation Fund Marketing in Tracy, California seeks a qualified marketing professional to support market research programs, data analysis and economic principles.

Candidates should have related work experience or a master's degree in marketing or a closely related field; highly preferred applicants have at least one year in marketing or communications, digital design, and graphic content production.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated related work experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.
• Work experience must have be equivalent in complexity, difficulty and responsibility to the next lower pay band level. Work experience developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principals.
• Completion of the requirements for a master's or equivalent graduate degree in marketing, advertising or closely related field.
• Specialized education developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principals.
• In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":
• At least one year of experience in marketing, communications, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in website management and digital design of marketing materials.
• At least one year of experience in producing graphic design content for print and digital distribution.
• Experience MUST be reflected on your Resume at the time of application and or transcripts must be uploaded to your documents if using education in lieu of experience to be considered for Standard and/or Highly Qualified for this position.
• Applicants meeting the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred first to the Selecting Official. All other applicants may be referred for consideration at managements request.
