Job summary

Prominence Health, a value-based care organization, seeks a Marketing Manager to oversee marketing strategies and materials for Medicare Advantage and commercial lines. You will coordinate with the marketing team and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery across design, print, digital, mailing, and tracking initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
• Three (3) years marketing experience.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns with corporate marketing.
• Strong project management with tight deadlines and multiple projects.
• Familiar with all stages of marketing material production (design, print, digital, mailing).
• Excellent collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams and vendors; fluent English.
• Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret marketing data; budget management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies and creation of materials for Medicare Advantage and commercial lines.
• Collaborate with marketing team and outside vendors; manage multiple projects across media under tight deadlines.
• Lead all phases of design, print, digital development, mailing, and tracking.
