Job summary

Prominence Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Development to guide product strategy across commercial and Medicare Advantage lines. You will coordinate with business leaders, actuarial, and vendors to align market needs with regulatory timelines and company goals.

You will lead product development, vendor selection, and implementation, while ensuring compliance and timely filings. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and spans tactical execution and strategic positioning.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in health insurance (e.g., underwriting, product management, actuarial support, claims processing) with focus on commercial insurance.
• Minimum two years of experience managing the lifecycle of health insurance products including development, pricing and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, communications or business preferred.
